关于客户
Thermaset is a manufacturer and supplier of quality powder coatings since 1984, based in Staffordshire. They have established a reputation for innovation, quality, and excellence. Their success is based on their commitment to working closely with customers to provide the right solutions at the right time and consistently deliver quality customer service. As a specialist in powder coatings, Thermaset has a strong focus on meeting customer demands and maintaining high standards in their production processes. The company is looking to expand and invest in new technologies to enhance their operational efficiency and support their growth plans.
挑战
Powder coating specialist Thermaset needed to find a system that is robust, flexible, and agile with a range of built-in features to help them meet their customer demands. They were using separate systems to manage inventory and production, which required a lot of manual data transfer between systems. This inefficiency was a significant challenge as it consumed time and resources, hindering their ability to scale and meet customer demands effectively. The company was also planning an expansion and needed a more integrated and efficient system to support their growth plans.
解决方案
Thermaset selected the WinMan ERP Software for a complete overhaul of its business infrastructure. The WinMan ERP System is a configurable all-in-one solution with enterprise-class functions such as CRM, Warehouse Management, Financials, and Production Management. The installation of the ERP system helped consolidate existing systems and linked all of Thermaset's departments for enhanced efficiency and communication. WinMan assigned a dedicated Implementations Manager to work with Thermaset to plan and deploy the ERP system. They ensured the Thermaset project team had the required training and knowledge of the system to train other end users. Thermaset started using the integrated Warehouse Management feature when they went live with WinMan, providing them with complete visibility and control of their inventory, production, and despatch. The MRP function helped generate manufacturing and purchase orders, and the built-in production scheduling system provided available despatch dates to the team.

Improving Vending Machine Profitability with the Internet of Things (IoT)
The vending industry is undergoing a sea change, taking advantage of new technologies to go beyond just delivering snacks to creating a new retail location. Intelligent vending machines can be found in many public locations as well as company facilities, selling different types of goods and services, including even computer accessories, gold bars, tickets, and office supplies. With increasing sophistication, they may also provide time- and location-based data pertaining to sales, inventory, and customer preferences. But at the end of the day, vending machine operators know greater profitability is driven by higher sales and lower operating costs.

Revolutionizing Rodent Control
From pet- and child-safe traps, to touch-free and live-catch rodent control solutions, Victor continues to stay committed to producing superior products that meet the varying needs of today’s pest control professionals. And, with a long standing history supporting customers in the food processing, service, and retail settings, Victor knew that strict regulations were costing organizations thousands of dollars in excess overhead trying to manage their rodent-control solutions. Trap inspections in these environments are often difficult and time consuming, requiring personnel to manually check a trap’s status multiple times per day, amounting to over six hours of manual labor. Victor is looking for an innovative way to increase operational efficiencies with the use of technology.
