关于客户
The customer is an elevator service company based in Serbia. The company was facing challenges with the efficiency of its field employees. The lack of information about the movements and location of employees was causing an increase in emergency calls and the response time was exceeding the minimum standards. This was making it impossible for the company to optimize routes and enable the employees to get to the breakdown sites faster and fix the issues more quickly.
挑战
The elevator service company in Serbia was struggling with inefficient work of field employees. This inefficiency was leading to an increase in emergency calls and the response time was exceeding the minimum standards. The root cause of this situation was the lack of information about the movements and location of employees. As a result, it was impossible to optimize routes to enable the employees to get to the breakdown sites faster and fix the issues more quickly.
解决方案
Almaks Security Systems, a Gurtam partner company from Belgrade, Serbia, proposed a solution to this problem. The solution involved equipping the smartphones of field employees with the WiaTag application and connecting them to Wialon. This allowed the dispatcher to control the location of field employees and arrange optimal routes for their movements. In case of emergency calls, the dispatcher could send the closest employee to the accident site. If the employee was unable to identify the cause of the breakdown, they could take a photo of the wiring layout and send it to the dispatcher for consultation and solution.
