关于客户
Redcat Racing is a leading provider of gas, nitro, and electric-powered remote-controlled (RC) cars. The company was established in 2005 as a two-person shop and has since grown into a direct-to-consumer eCommerce company. Redcat Racing's products come fully assembled and ready to run right out of the box, offering customers a convenient and hassle-free experience. The company's transition from a business-to-business operation to a direct-to-consumer model has necessitated changes in its operational strategies, particularly in its pick, pack, and ship processes.
挑战
Redcat Racing, a premier name for gas, nitro, and electric-powered remote-controlled (RC) cars, faced a significant challenge as it transitioned from a business-to-business operation to a direct-to-consumer eCommerce company. The company's pick, pack, and ship strategy was not equipped to handle a large number of small orders, leading to frequent shipping errors. The manual process of checking and packing orders often resulted in customers receiving incorrect or incomplete orders, damaging the company's reputation and causing financial losses. Additionally, the company's order processing times were negatively impacted by a lack of integration between their shipping software and NetSuite, leading to delays in loading shipping labels.
解决方案
Redcat Racing implemented ShipHawk, an advanced fulfillment solution, to improve its pick, pack, and ship strategy. With ShipHawk, Redcat Racing can now easily verify the contents of each package before orders go out the door, increasing their fulfillment accuracy to nearly 100%. The solution also improved order processing speed. Unlike their previous shipping software, ShipHawk automatically sends tracking details back to NetSuite, allowing the team to move to the next shipment without delay. Additionally, ShipHawk does not require numerous individual NetSuite licenses, allowing Redcat Racing to increase the number of pack stations without incurring additional costs.

Improving Vending Machine Profitability with the Internet of Things (IoT)
The vending industry is undergoing a sea change, taking advantage of new technologies to go beyond just delivering snacks to creating a new retail location. Intelligent vending machines can be found in many public locations as well as company facilities, selling different types of goods and services, including even computer accessories, gold bars, tickets, and office supplies. With increasing sophistication, they may also provide time- and location-based data pertaining to sales, inventory, and customer preferences. But at the end of the day, vending machine operators know greater profitability is driven by higher sales and lower operating costs.

Revolutionizing Rodent Control
From pet- and child-safe traps, to touch-free and live-catch rodent control solutions, Victor continues to stay committed to producing superior products that meet the varying needs of today’s pest control professionals. And, with a long standing history supporting customers in the food processing, service, and retail settings, Victor knew that strict regulations were costing organizations thousands of dollars in excess overhead trying to manage their rodent-control solutions. Trap inspections in these environments are often difficult and time consuming, requiring personnel to manually check a trap’s status multiple times per day, amounting to over six hours of manual labor. Victor is looking for an innovative way to increase operational efficiencies with the use of technology.
