关于客户
Rufus Leonard is a leading UK independent agency with 29 years’ experience in brand and digital. The company is committed to meeting the creative needs of its clients in a dynamic environment. Rufus Leonard understands that what takes years to build can be destroyed in a minute, hence the importance of having the right disaster recovery (DR) provider to protect their business. The company was using an array/storage-based replication from another provider that had grown into a fully managed DR solution. However, this solution presented reliability and complexity challenges, prompting the company to search for a new DR solution.
挑战
Rufus Leonard, a leading UK independent agency with 29 years’ experience in brand and digital, was facing challenges with their existing disaster recovery (DR) solution. The solution, which had grown into a fully managed DR solution, was proving to be unreliable and complex. The variables for DR testing were changing every time, leading to a lack of confidence in its effectiveness in a real-life DR situation. Additionally, the costs of the fully managed solution were continually growing, diminishing the return on investment. These increasing costs, combined with decreasing confidence, prompted the search for a new DR solution to protect the 27 virtual machines in their on-premises London environment.
解决方案
After a detailed proof of concept and due diligence process, Rufus Leonard chose [11:11] DRaaS for Zerto. The proven implementation, testing and support model combined with the visibility and simplicity provided via the [11:11] Cloud Console gave them the confidence they needed to move forward. The setup was simple and the transition from the previous solution was very smooth. The [11:11] DRaaS solution for Zerto not only provided cost savings but also enabled additional DR use cases for upgrade testing. Rufus Leonard can now failover to the [11:11] Cloud to perform and test all of their upgrades, saving not only infrastructure costs but valuable IT time as well.

Engine Informática offers SAP software as a service with IBM
Engine Informática, a Brazil-based company specializing in the implementation of SAP ERP solutions, identified a gap in the market for small and medium-sized companies. The company realized that the fixed infrastructure investment needed to run SAP 24/7, such as data centers, hardware, and support, meant that the per-user cost could be perceived as too high for smaller companies. The challenge was to reduce or eliminate the capital expenditures and implementation costs as much as possible to help reduce the barriers to entry for these smaller companies.

Wittmann EDV-Systeme launches IT monitoring services
Small and medium-sized businesses often lack the know-how and resources required for thorough IT system monitoring. Wittmann EDV-Systeme wanted to launch a solution to plug the gap – enabling it to improve its own competitiveness and that of its customers. IT landscapes are becoming ever more complex and outsourcing is gaining popularity, IT systems must nonetheless remain easy-to-use and extremely reliable at all times. Automated, round-the-clock system monitoring therefore represents an immensely valuable proposition for companies: downtime for business-critical applications can be avoided, and IT systems remain available at all times.

IBM social business software connects and empowers employees for competitive advantage
Superior Group, a company providing workforce productivity solutions, found that its employees worldwide felt disconnected from headquarters, regional offices and each other due to outdated internal communication and collaboration tools. The company's intranet had become a top-down affair with little staff involvement, and employees lacked effective tools for anywhere/anytime communications. Those working remotely had limited access to co-workers and company apps. The main method of collaboration was inefficient email, challenging IT staff to manage a growing store of attachments. These factors inhibited the company from achieving its productivity goals.
