关于客户
Schoeller Allibert is a leading provider of returnable, reusable, and recyclable plastic packaging, serving customers across Europe and globally. With over 60 years of industry experience, the company offers a wide range of standard and tailor-made Returnable Transit Packaging (RTP) solutions across ten key product categories. Their customer base spans various industries, including agriculture, automotive, food and beverage, retail and e-commerce, industrial manufacturing, chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. Internally, Schoeller Allibert's IT team consists of 20 people, with a two-person team dedicated to managing integrations and ensuring the company remains connected. The company is committed to digitization and modernization, aiming to streamline operations and improve efficiency through advanced technology solutions.
挑战
In 2018, Schoeller Allibert initiated 'Project MOVE', focusing on digitizing their operations by introducing a new ERP system from IFS across all manufacturing sites. The challenge was to integrate this new system with existing legacy systems to support intercompany processing during a phased rollout across more than 20 countries. The IT team needed a modern integration platform to connect their diverse data and application architecture, which included both cloud and on-premises systems. They sought a stable, flexible, all-in-one solution that would integrate their information infrastructure transparently and uniformly, without requiring extensive resources and time to build and maintain custom APIs. The ideal platform would support the company's IT strategy of moving from paper-based to system-driven operations, ensuring efficient and disruption-free day-to-day IT and business operations.
解决方案
Schoeller Allibert selected SnapLogic's Intelligent Integration Platform as their iPaaS solution after a rigorous RFP process. The platform was chosen for its ease of use and intuitive nature, allowing the integration team to connect the old ERP system with the new IFS system and other legacy systems. The first country implementation of IFS went live in July 2020, with SnapLogic supporting intercompany processes and data warehouse loading. The platform's streamlined processes enabled a smooth ERP integration, allowing teams using the legacy system to continue fulfilling intercompany orders with countries live on the new IFS system. SnapLogic also facilitated broader integration opportunities, including new HR integrations with LMS systems and sales team support by pushing relevant data into the CRM system. The platform enabled the IT team to build a single front-end platform for the sales team, providing real-time product information from various systems. Additionally, SnapLogic allowed the IT team to respond to internal service requests quickly, enhancing agility and problem-solving capabilities.

Improving Vending Machine Profitability with the Internet of Things (IoT)
The vending industry is undergoing a sea change, taking advantage of new technologies to go beyond just delivering snacks to creating a new retail location. Intelligent vending machines can be found in many public locations as well as company facilities, selling different types of goods and services, including even computer accessories, gold bars, tickets, and office supplies. With increasing sophistication, they may also provide time- and location-based data pertaining to sales, inventory, and customer preferences. But at the end of the day, vending machine operators know greater profitability is driven by higher sales and lower operating costs.

Revolutionizing Rodent Control
From pet- and child-safe traps, to touch-free and live-catch rodent control solutions, Victor continues to stay committed to producing superior products that meet the varying needs of today’s pest control professionals. And, with a long standing history supporting customers in the food processing, service, and retail settings, Victor knew that strict regulations were costing organizations thousands of dollars in excess overhead trying to manage their rodent-control solutions. Trap inspections in these environments are often difficult and time consuming, requiring personnel to manually check a trap’s status multiple times per day, amounting to over six hours of manual labor. Victor is looking for an innovative way to increase operational efficiencies with the use of technology.
