Keller Williams, founded in 1983, is the world's largest residential real estate company by agent count and ranks #1 in the U.S. for home sales volume. With offices in over 1,060 market centers across 47 countries, Keller Williams has established itself as a global leader in the real estate industry. The company has consistently focused on innovation and customer satisfaction, striving to maintain its leadership position in the market. Keller Williams recognized the need to adapt to the changing landscape of the real estate industry, driven by the rise of internet technology and the increasing demand for data-driven decision-making. By transforming into a technology company, Keller Williams aims to provide its agents and customers with the tools and insights needed to succeed in the competitive real estate market.
挑战
Keller Williams recognized that the rise of impersonal web technology could disadvantage home buyers and sellers, as everyone had access to the same fast search tools, intensifying competition. The company needed to provide supportive, individualized services amidst a technological revolution. In 2015, Keller Williams decided to transform into a technology company, reengineering its IT operations to empower agents and customers with data-driven decisions.
解决方案
Keller Williams developed and supported world-class, consumer-friendly software offerings as part of its transformation. Agents gained access to Keller Cloud, using 'Command,' a smart CRMplus solution, to manage real estate transactions. For clients, the KW Home Search App was created to leverage curated content from Keller Cloud, supporting direct communication and decision-making with agents. Keller Williams selected Precisely as a key source for consumer home search data, building out its data stores with advanced location intelligence data. This data, combined with Keller Williams' proprietary data, enabled the company to deliver exceptional features and results, providing a market-leading consumer experience.

The vending industry is undergoing a sea change, taking advantage of new technologies to go beyond just delivering snacks to creating a new retail location. Intelligent vending machines can be found in many public locations as well as company facilities, selling different types of goods and services, including even computer accessories, gold bars, tickets, and office supplies. With increasing sophistication, they may also provide time- and location-based data pertaining to sales, inventory, and customer preferences. But at the end of the day, vending machine operators know greater profitability is driven by higher sales and lower operating costs.

Remote Wellhead Monitoring
Each wellhead was equipped with various sensors and meters that needed to be monitored and controlled from a central HMI, often miles away from the assets in the field. Redundant solar and wind generators were installed at each wellhead to support the electrical needs of the pumpstations, temperature meters, cameras, and cellular modules. In addition to asset management and remote control capabilities, data logging for remote surveillance and alarm notifications was a key demand from the customer. Terra Ferma’s solution needed to be power efficient, reliable, and capable of supporting high-bandwidth data-feeds. They needed a multi-link cellular connection to a central server that sustained reliable and redundant monitoring and control of flow meters, temperature sensors, power supply, and event-logging; including video and image files. This open-standard network needed to interface with the existing SCADA and proprietary network management software.
