关于客户
Jagemann Stamping Company (JSC) is a full-service metal fabricator based in Wisconsin, specializing in the automotive industry. The company has a strong focus on technology innovation and continuous improvement to remain competitive in the market. JSC provides a wide range of metal stamping services and has built a reputation for quality and reliability. The company is committed to meeting the challenges of the industry by adopting advanced technologies and streamlining its operations. With a dedicated team and a strategic approach, JSC aims to enhance its production capabilities and deliver superior products to its customers.
挑战
Jagemann Stamping Company (JSC) faced significant challenges with its existing information systems, which were dissimilar and operated on different platforms. These systems required frequent patches, updates, and upgrades, leading to inefficiencies and disruptions in production. The systems were also inaccessible to many employees, utilized outdated displays, and were inflexible to changes. Information was siloed, making it difficult to share and access data across the organization. Additionally, the company had to hire professional developers to make adjustments, which often disrupted production. JSC needed a more integrated and efficient solution to manage its operations and improve productivity.
解决方案
Jagemann Stamping Company implemented the Plex ERP system, a fully integrated Software as a Service (SaaS) ERP solution, to address its operational challenges. The implementation was completed in less than six months without any disruptions to production, customer deliveries, or manufacturing orders. Plex ERP replaced nearly a dozen dissimilar systems with one integrated solution, providing real-time information and improving data accessibility. The system enabled JSC to reduce IT maintenance costs, increase productivity, and enhance inventory visibility. It also facilitated better quality management and eliminated manual processes. The flexibility of Plex ERP allowed JSC to attach job-specific instructions directly to parts and use electronic bulletin boards for cross-shift communication. This improved communication flow and ensured that quality and engineering standards were consistently applied across the manufacturing floor.

Integral Plant Maintenance
Mercedes-Benz and his partner GAZ chose Siemens to be its maintenance partner at a new engine plant in Yaroslavl, Russia. The new plant offers a capacity to manufacture diesel engines for the Russian market, for locally produced Sprinter Classic. In addition to engines for the local market, the Yaroslavl plant will also produce spare parts. Mercedes-Benz Russia and his partner needed a service partner in order to ensure the operation of these lines in a maintenance partnership arrangement.
