Bufetat 开发了一个名为 BiRK 的定制案例管理系统，并集成了 K2 软件来启动和自动化关键流程。该系统包含大约 35 个不同的流程，适用于各种儿童福利情况。 Bufetat 每个月都会收到并扫描大约 7,500 份新文件。 K2 软件会自动将每个收到的文档分配给个案工作人员，并根据预定义的流程规定许多任务。然后，个案工作者审查文档，决定需要采取哪些行动，并启动新的工作流程来管理后续行动。 K2 Software 确保所有收到的文档均按照政府程序进行处理，从而提供一致的方法来处理大量工作。仅一年时间，就启动了超过 356,000 个工作流程。该软件还为高级管理人员提供了更大的可见性和控制力，使他们能够查看不同案件的状态，监控分配给每个案件工作者的任务数量，并在必要时将任务重新分配给不同的员工。

The Netherlands are well-known for their inland waterways, canals, sluices and of course port activities. The Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure indicates that there are thousands of buoys and fixed items in and near water environments that would profit from IoT monitoring.
