解决方案
为了应对这些挑战，EBP 实施了 Webdocs 文档管理系统。最初，他们使用 Fortra 软件将假脱机文件转换为 PDF 并将其通过电子邮件发送给收件人，从而消除了对纸张的需求，并允许收件人在移动设备上查看报告。他们还使用 Webdocs 创建和交付报告拆分器来自动分离销售代表的假脱机文件报告并通过电子邮件发送。这使得流程更快，并且无需手动分离报告。为了使文档流程更加高效和专业，EBP 开始将 Webdocs 与激光打印机结合使用来创建整洁的品牌发票、票据和报表。他们还重新设计了处理 POD 的流程。现在，当创建交货单时，也会自动创建发票。当签名的交货单被扫描为 POD 时，Webdocs 会自动将其与发票进行匹配，并将其通过电子邮件发送给客户。 EBP 还计划将其电子商务网站与 Webdocs 集成，以允许客户自助访问其帐户文档。
