机器人校准解决方案使用 RoboDK 交付。用于机器人仿真和离线编程 (OLP) 的软件工具。该仿真和 OLP 平台用途广泛,可以部署我们实验室开发的校准方法。它目前支持来自 10 个不同制造商的 200 多个机器人。机器人校准可以分 4 个步骤执行: 1. 参考框架校准(6 次测量) 2. 工具校准(7 次测量) 3. 机器人校准(50-80 次测量) 4. 验证(可选,根据需要进行多次测量) RoboDK 全自动完成测量采集,使用 C-Track 或 FARO 激光跟踪仪可在不到一小时内完成校准。 C-Track 是由 Creaform 开发的基于摄影测量的光学 CMM。它比激光跟踪仪精度稍差(体积精度为 0.065 毫米),测量体积更小,但更紧凑,价格不到激光跟踪仪的一半。此外,它可以测量机器人末端执行器的姿势(不仅仅是位置),并且(如果使用得当)不受振动或气流的影响。
