They had a complex infrastructure that included CRM and project management systems based on SQL Server and SAP. They needed to visualize and analyze sales data from CRM while taking into account complex access rules. They also needed to evaluate and analyze SAP FI-CO-PS. The solution had to be implemented internationally at 10 sites as well as in agency operations.
