解决方案
VYOM 使用 STAAD(一种结构分析和设计软件)来克服设计挑战。最初的计划是建造四栋独立的建筑,但在分析 STAAD 的设计后,VYOM 意识到这并不经济。他们决定将所有建筑物连接在一起,这样更具成本效益。 STAAD 还帮助 VYOM 决定在何处放置结构支撑柱。他们建议前九层采用直柱,第九层至第十二层采用斜柱,在保持建筑结构的同时符合 IS 规范要求。 VYOM还使用后张梁、柱和剪力墙来防止建筑物扭转,并将它们布置成使侧向力完全作用在建筑物的中心。为了在门厅提供无柱空间,他们在其余楼层使用了 20 英尺的悬臂梁和楼板。 STAAD 还帮助 VYOM 确定了九楼的高张力区域,他们通过将钢筋和电缆放入同一梁中来管理该区域。
