The process required reaching out to multiple departments and involved continual back-and-forth communication. The hospital needed a solution that could create intelligent flows based on access templates and handle notifications automatically. The goal was to find a customizable system to automate the existing process and improve efficiency.

Integrify's robust features allowed HMC to transform its existing manual process into an automated workflow. The implementation phase provided an opportunity for HMC to analyze and adjust its current process before building the automated system. The new Access Request process now runs across the entire hospital, involving HR, IT, and department managers. It includes multiple flows, such as changes to existing user processes and termination processes. HMC is also exploring other processes for automation, like digitalizing Capital Purchase Approvals.
